The poses gently create a release in the deep muscles around the spine, sacrum and tailbone allowing rejuvenation and energy flow to all the vital systems. As these deep muscular tensions release, the bones, including the spine, realign.
Waves of Bliss Yoga also prepares your physical and subtle body for the more powerful opening that yoga promises, the understanding of your own essential nature.
This Yoga is an effective method using prop placement and hands-on adjustments. Waves of Bliss Yoga is designed for all flexibility levels, from those just beginning, to those longing to deepen their inner experience of yoga.
Each class is coupled with Usui Reiki and Golden Orb Deeksha to allow an energetic healing experience along with the physical openings.

These very personalized yoga sessions share similar sweet qualities as the group classes with an added emphasis on individual home practice. Included, you will receive a yoga instruction page outlining your new home practice.
Incorporating a yoga home practice gives you healthy options to maintain deep physical openings. Plus, the convenience of practicing when your time allows and/or while traveling is priceless.
Waves of Bliss Private Sessions also share extra support and care for those with limited mobility.

Mark Foster realized his clairsentient abilities in his early teens, which led him to the compassionate healer he is today. Through the years, Mark has practiced and fine-tuned his many natural abilities to share a unique experience with every client. Foster blends his clairsentient and clairaudient gifts with his training as a Life Coach and as a Reiki and Toltec Shamanic Practitioner. Mark assists you in breaking through obstacles and limiting belief systems, so you can live a life filled with happiness and freedom.
LakshmiGrace Phoenix shares 20 years experience as a Toltec Shamanic Practitioner, in the tradition of don Miguel Ruiz, the world renowned author of the, “The Four Agreements”. Phoenix blends her Shamanic training with classic Japanese teachings, in Reiki. She also incorporates Eastern practices, such as Hatha Yoga and Meditation, from the Siddha Yoga/ Meditation Lineage, which she also has practiced for over 20 years. Phoenix dedicates her insights to you. With piercing insight, a charismatic personality and compassionate humor, she holds a non-judgmental and loving atmosphere for you to break-through limiting, fear-based belief systems and in-turn, create a world based in radical joy, freedom and unwavering love.
